Our Standard Warranty on "Exchange" and "Purchase" is six (6) months on printer mechanism only (or one year if you purchase the Extended One Year Warranty) and includes all parts and labor.

Warranty does not cover broken case parts (unless broken in shipment to you), liquid spills, obvious abuse and / or acts of nature.

Printers under warranty must be shipped to us prepaid and must include documentation claiming "warranty." (You can simply write on a piece of paper "Warranty" or "Please check for warranty" if you are not sure, and we'll do the rest.)

If you claim warranty and it is determined that your printer is not covered under warranty, Printer Pipeline will contact you to get your approval on the cost of repair.

Your "Repaired Warranty Printer" will be shipped back to you free of charge via FedEx Ground.


Printer Pipeline maintains the right to determine valid warranty.
